The MP 881 GPS provides in-vehicle data solutions while operating over next generation HSUPA networks with peak download data rates of 7.2 Mbps. To accommodate areas where such coverage is not yet available, the MP 881 GPS is backwards compatible to 1.8 Mbps HSDPA, 384 Kbps UMTS, as well as EDGE and GPRS. A GPS module and 4 digital & 4 analog input/output ports are also offered to allow for advanced tracking and alarms.
