2J Antennas is proud to introduce the world’s smallest high performance 5GNR Flexible Polymer Self-Adhesive Mount Antenna (2JF0883P) to the new “Mono-Flexi ” series. It is designed as highly efficient antenna, especially across low frequency bands. Specific cable routing creates lower resonance and optimizes tuning while reducing the antenna size with maximum efficiency. With no sacrifice between size vs. performance, this antenna is ideal for enhanced integration into PCB or cellular devices that face difficult certification processes, carrier approvals and size restrictions.

2JF0883P is compatible with 5GNR, FirstNet, CBRS, 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, Cat-x/Mx/NBx, Cellular, HSPA+, UMTS, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM, GPRS, EDGE and EV-DO technologies, covering 617 MHz – 5925 MHz frequencies. Fully backwards compatible with existing technologies making private LTE wireless networks economically and technically feasible while maintaining performance as a priority. The combination of EDGE and EV-DO delivers higher bitrates, increased capacity, and optimized performance for internet dependent applications. With peak gains up to ~3.8 dBi, this antenna maintains excellent efficiency while offering constant reliable connectivity.

Installation / Environmental

The ultra-compact 2JF0883P, measuring only 50 x 25 x 0.2 mm, is manufactured with high quality flexible polymer material and is the smallest antenna footprint on the market without sacrificing performance. Designed with a self-adhesive mount allows for versatile in device or PCB installations where size restrictions are challenging. This flexible antenna will fit any positioning requirements as it can be integrated upwards, flat, downwards and with intermediate angles. Adding a short cable between the antenna and the ground plane extension allows us to minimize the antenna size while maximizing the electrical length of the collinear and non-collinear radiated elements. The antenna is left hand fed allowing for simple antenna integration and some PCB cellular modules which may have the signal pad on the right side or left side. This new technology makes this antenna a future proof solution, considering the high demand for smaller devices and antenna miniaturization.

2JF0883P comes with a U.FL connector and a perfectly tuned 42mm long 1.37mm Mini-Coax cable. We offer a wide range of alternative connectors and cables to meet any customization needs.
