Security & Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure

GetWireless LLC takes the security of our systems, services, and customer data seriously. We appreciate the efforts of security researchers and members of the public who help us identify potential vulnerabilities. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in a system, website, or service operated by GetWireless LLC, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly so we can investigate and address the issue.

How to Report a Security Vulnerability
Please report suspected vulnerabilities by emailing: ITSupport@getwirelessllc.com

When submitting a report, please include as much detail as possible, such as:

  • Description of the vulnerability
  • Affected system, website, or service
  • Steps required to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots or proof-of-concept code (if applicable)
  • Your contact information for follow-up questions

Providing clear information helps us investigate and resolve issues more quickly.

  • Immediately stop testing and notify us if sensitive data is accessed unintentionally
  • Do not exploit vulnerabilities beyond what is required to demonstrate the issue
  • Do not intentionally access, download, or modify customer data, personal information, or confidential business data during testing

The following activities are not permitted:

  • Denial-of-service or resource exhaustion attacks
  • Social engineering of employees, contractors, or customers
  • Physical security testing
  • Attempting to access accounts or data belonging to other users

Our Commitment
If you report a vulnerability in accordance with this policy, GetWireless LLC will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your report within a reasonable timeframe
  • Investigate and validate the issue
  • Work to remediate confirmed vulnerabilities as quickly as practical
  • Communicate with you when appropriate during the remediation process

We kindly request that vulnerabilities are not publicly disclosed until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Safe Harbor
GetWireless LLC will not pursue legal action against security researchers who act in good faith and comply with this policy while identifying and reporting vulnerabilities.

Bug Bounty and Compensation
GetWireless LLC maintains a responsible vulnerability disclosure process but does not operate a bug bounty program and does not provide financial compensation for reported vulnerabilities.

Submission of a vulnerability report does not create any expectation of payment, reward, or other compensation, and researchers should not expect or request financial remuneration for vulnerability disclosures.
